Noelle Daoire (they/them) is a queer, neurodivergent coach and founder of Level Up Coaching & Consulting. Noelle began their career as a freelance writer and editor after obtaining their BFA in Creative Writing from Truman State University in 2011. Since then, a passion for helping led them to the field of higher education, where they’ve worked as a tutor since 2014.

In 2019, Noelle earned their MEd in Mental Health Counseling. This degree experience included internship and training at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute, where Noelle worked as a group and individual counselor in the OCD & Anxiety-Related Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Noelle is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety-related disorders. They also practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Chronic Pain, and they’ve received training through PESI on treating adult ADHD.

Noelle Lives in St. Louis, MO with their daughter, partner, and dog. When Noelle isn’t working hard at Level Up, you’ll find them playing Genshin Impact, writing, creating, or watching anime.
